Summary: Bedroom was exceptionally clean and quiet. The bathroom floor was heated which was a nice touch. The bed was clean and very comfortable.

Summary: Great staff, great hotel. Very comfortable beds and lovely rain showers. Very good location bar train station and bars and restaurants. The Van Glogh bar had pianist and was really nice too.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel. It’s conveniently located and has a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance. The bar next door is great and always a good spot. Cleaning is careful and quick. The fitness center is an absolute joke - don’t consider it a fitness center or gym or anything close to it.

Summary: My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. When checking out the children received a hotel duck which they loved. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a stay with children. The hotel is a few minutes walk to two train stations, one which takes you direct to the airport and takes about an hour, but you get ti see the sights of Berlin. There is plenty of lovely restaurants around and a great place for shopping. I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, we would definitely come back. Thank you for having us
